The team behind the World Championship.
Around 60 dedicated volunteers make it possible for an event of this magnitude and perfection to be implemented. Each of them is a specialist in their field and contributes their expertise to making the event unforgettable. In order to make this extraordinary experience a reality, the volunteers not only take time off work, but also sacrifice a large part of their free time.
Because the team is so large and diverse, it is not possible to introduce all of the helpers individually here. However, each of them makes an indispensable contribution and deserves the greatest recognition for their efforts. Their common goal: to make the event a smooth and outstanding experience for everyone involved.
Organizing Committee
The organizing committee consists of board members of SVÖ Rohrbach-Berg, who work with passion and commitment to implement our event.
Finance and Treasury
Responsibility for the financial management lies in the hands of two long-standing club members from the board. With their extensive experience, they will ensure that financial matters are handled reliably and transparently at this event as well.
Culinary arts
These talented chefs and club members are responsible for coordinating our kitchen assistants, managing our menus and, of course, preparing the dishes.
Service
These dedicated club members take over the management of our service team, ensure that the theme evenings run smoothly and make every effort to ensure that our guests are always well looked after.
Competition Office
The coordination of the tournament office and the administration of all organizational tasks during the event are carried out by the club members from the board of directors.
Communication/Moderation
We make every effort to ensure that you, as a participant, feel welcome and well informed. This role is taken on by a club member with English language skills.
Event Logistics
The event site is optimally prepared by our energetic club members to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Tracking Grounds
A dedicated team of club members takes care of the selection and coordination of the competition site. They ensure that all areas are used optimally to ensure that the competition runs fairly and smoothly.
Guides
Our guides accompany the starters to the tracking grounds and ensure that they reach their designated places quickly and safely. With their orientation skills, they ensure that everything runs smoothly and stress-free for all participants.
Catering at the Tracking Grounds
Our catering truck ensures the well-being of the participants by offering a small selection of food and beverages directly on-site at the competition venue. This allows participants to conveniently refuel during the event.
Cross Tracklayer
Our team of six club members consists of experienced and certified track layers. During the Tracking Dog World Championship, they strategically lay distractions to challenge the dogs and test their abilities under realistic conditions.
